Tanya Allen
Child and Family
Disability Specialist
Disability Support Worker

Tanya Allen has been involved with Shaping Outcomes since 2013 when her family accessed services for their son.  With a background in child care Tanya took on a role as a child care worker which enabled parents to attend meetings.

“Shaping Outcomes is a friendly workplace which has a dedicated and supportive team of professionals. I feel blessed to be a part of such an encouraging team and I love supporting the beautiful children families and the community”.


Jo Bacon
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Jo Bacon is one of our most recent additions to the Shaping Outcomes team as a Child and Family Disability Specialist. She joins the team with invaluable experience working in primary school education in both Sydney and locally. Jo has continued training to follow her passion to support the development and inclusion of children with delays and disabilities. Jo is currently studying a Graduate Certificate of Education (Autism).

“I feel humbled to have the opportunity to join the Shaping Outcomes team. To be able to partner and walk the journey with families as they advocate for positive outcomes and inclusion for their children. I’m constantly in awe as I watch children thrive when their families feel supported, respected and included. It is a privilege to work with a team of like-minded, dedicated and nurturing professionals within Shaping Outcomes and the community.”


Narelle Chapman
Child and Family
Disability Specialist
Disability Support Worker

Narelle Chapman has worked at Shaping Outcomes for the past 12 years as a Childcare Assistant/Teacher’s Aide. Narelle assists in the MyTime groups, Social Communication groups, Transition to School groups, and Stepping Stones Triple P groups. Since completing a Certificate III in Disability in 2014, Narelle has also been working as Childcare Team Leader, contributing to group planning and staff meetings, and maintaining our teaching room resources and environment.

“Shaping Outcomes is an inspiring place to work. To me it’s rewarding working with the children and watching them excel and learn and being a part of their growth from babies to school age. I couldn’t ask for a greater group of educated, inspiring, friendly, supportive co-workers. I thoroughly enjoy my job at Shaping Outcomes”.


Kerrie Chique
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Kerrie Chique began working with Shaping Outcomes in 1998. Her passion for teaching children with additional needs started in 1991 at St Joseph’s Community Preschool, which was the first local program to include children with disabilities from Shaping Outcomes.  In one of her roles at Shaping Outcomes, Kerrie has worked closely with the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, Elders and the Bugalwena Health Team.

“What I love about working at Shaping Outcomes is the wonderful and amazing children and their families. I am so grateful and proud to be a part of their everyday lives, challenges and good times.  Working with such a talented Shaping Outcomes staff, local Early Childhood educators and quality Early Childhood settings in the Tweed Shire community is fulfilling, enlightening and satisfying. I feel honoured to come to work every day.”


Elaine Clinnick
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Elaine Clinnick has been involved with Shaping Outcomes since 2010 when her family accessed the service for her daughter. She began working at Shaping Outcomes in 2012 as an Early Childhood Intervention Teacher/Key Worker (now called Child and Family Disability Specialist), and continues to work part-time in early childhood education and care.

Jan Cronly
Executive Officer

Jan Cronly has been involved with Shaping Outcomes since 2011 when her family accessed services for their eldest daughter. Initially involved as a Committee member, Jan then stepped into the role of Community Capacity Building Officer, and since December 2013 has been employed as Executive Officer, utilising her Business Consultant experience and skills and Diploma in Business. Jan’s contributions to community were recognised in both 2012 and 2013 when she was awarded semi-finalist in the Rural and Regional Community Awards. In 2013 she received the Wonders of Women Award for Achievement in Youth and Children’s Services.

Sharon Grennan
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Sharon Grennan has worked in a variety of early childhood education settings including Long Day Care and Preschools in both Sydney and the Tweed/Murwillumbah local area since 1999. She began working at Shaping Outcomes in 2003. Since joining the team Sharon has added to her Early Childhood Teaching Qualifications, completing a Graduate Certificate in Special Education and a Master of Inclusive Education in Autism. Sharon is also currently in a research and development position within Shaping Outcomes.

“I really value the relationships we as Child and Family Disability Specialists are able to build with each child and family as well as other professionals we work with at Shaping Outcomes.”


Aimee Maynard
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Aimee Maynard has been working at Shaping Outcomes since 2012 as a Child and Family Disability Specialist after working in early childhood education and care. Aimee is passionate about providing the best possible outcomes for children and their families and inclusion for all children within the community which is why Aimee believes Shaping Outcomes is such an incredible organisation to be part of.

“Everyone involved in the organisation are amazingly passionate, talented and inspiring individuals. I love working with such an amazing team of professionals, families and children every day, in the role that I love. I am constantly inspired and motivated by the work we do and the people we work with every day.”


Jude McColm
Financial Consultant

Jude McColm has been involved in Shaping Outcomes since 2014 as the Financial Consultant and Public Officer.  Managing the organisations accounts, Jude’s regularly engaged by the EO and Committee to discuss budgeting, costs analysis and financial management.  Her experience in small business is complemented by her positive and enthusiastic nature.  She’s a valued member of the Shaping Outcomes team.

Michelle O’Neill
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Michelle O’Neill is a Child and Family Disability Specialist and has been with Shaping Outcomes since 2015. Michelle has worked locally in the Early Childhood sector as a teacher for over 20 years, during that time she worked in collaboration with staff from Shaping Outcomes to support children in her care, before deciding to follow her strong interest in the area of working with children with delays and disabilities.

“I feel privileged to work at Shaping Outcomes with other dedicated professionals, who are so supportive not only of the children and families they work with, but also one another. I very much enjoy being a part of our community and getting out into the homes, centres, and schools where I am able to work alongside others to provide positive outcomes for children.”


Stefanie Pawluk
Executive Assistant

Stefanie Pawluk has been with Shaping Outcomes working on a casual basis since mid-June 2016 assisting the Executive Officer and the Management Committee.

“The people I work with are a brilliant dedicated team and I am so honoured to be part of it. I don’t think I have ever come across a workplace where everyone is so gentle, patient and understanding of the roles they play toward the early intervention for children with additional needs.”


Lisa Stoddart
Child and Family
Disability Specialist
Disability Support Worker

Lisa has been a part of the Shaping Outcomes family from a young age as her sister accessed the services as a child. Since then Lisa has worked with children from 0-12 years over the past 13 years in many different environments including family day care, early childhood education centres and as a Kid’s Club supervisor. Lisa has completed her Diploma in Early Education and Care and is currently studying her Cert III in Individual Support (specialising in disabilities). Lisa has been a team member of Shaping Outcomes for the past year as a Childcare Assistant and Key Word Sign Assistant. Lisa is also training to become a MyTime Facilitator to follow her goals in supporting families within the community with children with disABILITIES.

Amber Thorley
Community Relations Manager

Amber Thorley our Community Relations Manager has been with Shaping Outcomes since 2015 when her family moved to the area. With a Marketing degree and 12 years’ experience in profit and not-for-profit companies, Amber represents the organisation amongst community members/partners, applies for grant funding and assists in the management of the marketing.

My colleagues are incredibly supportive of my work and of me personally and that has been exceptionally encouraging. I am very proud to be able to represent Shaping Outcomes in the local community and I always look forward to being able to talk about the incredible things they have been achieving for children and their families.”


Debbie Wearne
Child and Family
Disability Specialist

Debbie Wearne is a mother of two children with the youngest child attending Shaping Outcomes 27 years ago. Debbie has 25 years’ experience working in Early Childhood Education settings in her roles of an Early Childhood Teacher and Director. Debbie has been employed by Shaping Outcomes for the past 14 years in the role of an Early Intervention Teacher/Key Worker Specialist (now called Child and Family Disability Specialist). Debbie is accredited in Triple P Stepping Stones (Level 4) practitioner and an accredited Key Word Sign Presenter. Debbie has studied Auslan, signed English and Baby Sign. Debbie is a MyTime Facilitator and Team Leader who has a personal and professional interest in parent-to-parent support groups and the rights for people with a disABILITY and inclusion. Debbie was presented with a Tweed Shire Council Inclusion award for an Individual in 2014.
